Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — FREE on orders over $50 ($4.99 for orders under $50)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — $9.99
  • Express/Overnight: 1 business day — $24.99

Delivery estimates begin after your processing window, not at order placement.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at ecomkm2026@gmail.com.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us immediately at ecomkm2026@gmail.com if you spot an error—we can only make changes before the order is processed.
